Information you provide

The consultation form collects your name and email address, plus any phone number, company, country or region, market preference, inquiry type, budget range, and message you choose to provide.

A market assistant sends your question and up to four recent conversation messages to Google Gemini to prepare an answer. Do not submit personal, financial, or confidential information to a market assistant.

How we use information

We use consultation information to respond to your request, communicate with you, protect the service from abuse, and maintain appropriate business records. We use market-assistant content only to generate the requested response and operate the question limit. We do not sell information submitted through this website.

Service providers and transfers

Vercel hosts the website and processes technical request and function-log data. Upstash stores short-lived rate-limit counters tied to a one-way hashed network identifier. Resend delivers consultation requests to FC. Google Gemini processes market-assistant questions and recent messages. These providers may process information in countries other than yours under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Google states that content submitted through unpaid Gemini API services may be used to improve its products and may be reviewed by people. Paid-service handling differs. Please avoid personal or confidential information regardless of the service tier.

Cookies, local storage, and retention

The market assistants use a signed, HTTP-only cookie for up to 90 days to remember the number of complimentary questions used. Your browser also stores the remaining count locally. These records do not contain your question text.

FC does not keep market-assistant questions or answers as chat history, and application logs intentionally exclude their text. Rate-limit counters expire after approximately 10 minutes. Consultation emails and related business records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

Your choices and requests

You may choose not to use a market assistant and may contact FC directly instead. You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, subject to applicable law and necessary recordkeeping, by emailing info@ifortunecommercial.com.

Business audience and changes

This website and its market assistants are intended for business users aged 18 or older. We may update this notice when the website or its providers change. The date above identifies the current version.
